Jewelry Making Workshop: Basic Drop Earrings
Learn the basics of making drop earrings in this beginner-friendly jewelry workshop at The Fancy Crow.
During this hands-on class, you will make all three pairs of earrings shown while learning several simple jewelry-making techniques you can use again in future projects.
You will learn how to:
- use head pins and eye pins to create drop earrings
- create wire spirals
- modify basic fishhook earring findings
- assemble and finish your earrings neatly
This workshop is designed for beginners, so no prior jewelry-making experience is needed.
All materials needed to make the three pairs of earrings shown are included. Each finished pair will be placed on a “Made by Me at The Fancy Crow” presentation card so you can take your handmade earrings home ready to wear, keep, or give as a gift.
Workshop length is approximately 1 to 1½ hours.
Space is limited so each participant can receive individual help.

Seats are non-refundable after this date, but may still be available after this date. Walk-in registration is not recommended but may be accommodated if seats and materials are available prior to the start of class or workshop.

Registration is for the specific date and time listed. Studio credit (valid for 90 days) is available for cancellations made before the Reserve By Date. Workshop seats may be transferred at any time with advance notice. No-shows are not eligible for credit or refunds.
