Cancellation & Refund Policy
Studio project reservations are eligible for studio credit (valid for 90 days) if canceled prior to the listed Reserve By Date. Seats may be transferred with advance notice. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.

With advance notice, we are happy to help reschedule your project when space allows. In some cases, your project may be available as a take-home option.
Cancellations or missed reservations may be subject to a restocking or preparation fee. Once materials have been prepared, project purchases may be non-refundable.
